The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform escort services for contractors performing work at TRF Bangor except for those items specified as Government furnished items and support, if any. The contractor shall provide up to 15 personnel to serve as escorts on day shift and up to 7 personnel to serve as escorts on swing shift. Services include ensuring that no more than 5 contractors are being escorted per escort at any time. The escorts shall ensure no contractor is left unattended while in the secured area. The contractor will need to have Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) clearance at time of proposal in accordance with PWS section 1.6.6.
