NAWCAD Lakehurst is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of supplying Recirculation Pumps (P/N 3339/102-1, quantity 12 each) for the EMALS on CVN 80. The pumps are source-controlled components for the EMALS Motor Generator lubricating and cooling system and must meet all form, fit, function, and performance requirements and be fully interchangeable with units on prior Ford-class carriers. The Government currently intends a sole-source acquisition with CIRCOR Pumps North America LLC (CAGE 59180) under FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties should submit a capability statement covering company/CAGE/business size, ability to manufacture or supply the part or an interchangeable equivalent, relevant past performance or technical capability, estimated production lead time for 12 units, and any proprietary data rights or licensing limitations. This notice is not an RFP or RFQ and responses will be used only for market research and acquisition planning.
