This is a limited competition for a fixed-price contract to procure a specific titanium hydraulic tube repair set. The contract will be solicited on a sole-source basis between the manufacturer, Permaswage USA, and its authorized distributors. The purchased items will support maintenance for the CH-53K aircraft under both the NAVAIR program and an Israel Foreign Military Sales program. The justification is that the manufacturer owns the proprietary data and is the only source with the necessary expertise. The government is not requesting competitive proposals for this procurement.
