This is a competitive procurement for the Next Generation Bomb Hoist HLU-605/E (P/N 4316AS0100-1) to support U.S. Navy Aviation Ordnance operations. The anticipated contract is a single-award, fixed-price, five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division is seeking a contractor to supply Next Generation Bomb Hoist (NGBH) support equipment, including pilot and production units, under a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The contract will be a Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type, with a minimum of four Pilot Production Units (PPUs) ordered initially, and up to 900 production units over four production years. Interested small businesses must be registered in SAM, hold a current DD2345 form, and possess a Level 2 Cyber Security Maturation Certificate. Responses must be submitted via email within 15 days of this notice's publication. The location for performance of services is not specified.
