The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division in Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a sole-source, fixed-price indefinite quantity contract to The Modal Shop, Inc. (TMS) in Cincinnati, OH for installation, training, and a technical manual for the Secondary Vibration Calibration System. TMS is the original equipment manufacturer and the only source capable of meeting the Navy’s requirements without additional development. The government does not own the technical data and TMS will not sell it, precluding competition. Responses to this notice must be received within 15 days of publication, and interested parties must register in the System for Award Management.
