The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to Advantor Systems for the design, provision, and installation of Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems at multiple building locations on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. The effort consists of five standalone projects to be awarded together. The procurement is conducted under 10 USC 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, and no solicitation package is available. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but the government will consider responses to determine whether to open the requirement to competition.
