The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, intends to award a fixed-price, sole-source contract to Testek Solutions for four UUT Test Adapter Kits—Fuel Boost Pump, Fuel Jettison Pump, Suction Lift Pump, and Pump—used to modify existing UUT Adapter Kits for the new and upgraded Rollover Test Stands supporting the Domestic CH-53K Program. The Government justifies this sole-source action under FAR 6.103-1 because Testek is the sole developer, designer, and manufacturer, owns the proprietary data, and the Government lacks the technical data or equipment to source the items elsewhere. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; the Government will consider information received and retains discretion not to compete, with no commitment to issue a solicitation or make an award.
