The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, intends to award a sole-source, fixed-price contract to Aviation Ground Equipment Corporation for one Converter, Frequency Static, part number 1000AG1000-2, for the Japan Air Self-Defense Force. The converter is required to convert incoming electrical power to the exact frequency and voltage needed by the aircraft’s system. The action is being pursued under FAR 6.302-1 authority because only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but the Government will consider responses and SAM registration is mandatory for consideration.
