The Naval Air Systems Command at Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate non-competitively with Advanced Ground Systems Engineering for two AGSE-T073 Aircraft Engine Stand Inlet Cowl Stands. These stands are intended to support the Royal Australian Air Force’s P-8A Poseidon aircraft requirements. The action is justified under FAR 6.302-1 because only one responsible source is expected to satisfy the requirement without substantial duplication of cost to the Government. This is not a request for proposal, though responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration.
