The government is procuring six Differential Electronic Levels as commercial products under a full and open competition. The resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price type. Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest evaluated price that is rated acceptable in both technical and past performance. Contractors must be registered in SAM. Performance requirements are detailed in the attached calibration standards specification.
