The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Aircraft Covers, Inc. (Bruce's Custom Covers) for Foam Sheets and Foam Pads used to protect and support the MQ-4C Triton UAS during maintenance. Bruce's Custom Covers is the original equipment manufacturer with proprietary rights and no authorized distributors, making it the only known source capable of meeting the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but the government will consider responses received to determine whether to open the requirement to competition.
