NAWC-AD is issuing a competitive RFQ for a firm-fixed-price contract to procure Peculiar Support Equipment supporting the V-22 program, set aside 100% for small businesses. The solicitation includes DFARS cybersecurity/CMMC requirements, and the technical data package contains Controlled Unclassified Information. To request access to the CUI drawing package, offerors must provide proof of CMMC Level 2 (Self) Assessment certification. Offerors must also possess a current certified DD Form 2345 to access the export-controlled, government-owned build-to-print technical drawings, which will be provided to the designated data custodian via DoD SAFE.
