Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center in Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for 20 upper and 20 lower Hellfire Missile Adapters, supporting the AH-1Z and UH-1Y Foreign Military Sales for the Czech Ministry of Defense. This is a total small business set-aside, and the items require Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 self-assessment, including implementation of NIST SP 800-171 Rev. 2 security requirements. Offerors must possess a certified DD Form 2345 to access the export-controlled build-to-print technical drawings, which will be provided via the DoD Safe website. Unsuccessful offerors must destroy all export-controlled data and provide proof of destruction to the contracting officer. The solicitation will be posted on the SAM website in the near future.
