The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division is issuing a competitive, 100% Small Business Set-Aside request for quote for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to procure Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) in support of the V-22 program, titled Mats Functional Test Set (FMS). The solicitation includes cybersecurity requirements: the technical data package contains Controlled Unclassified Information, and offerors must have current CMMC Level 2 (Self) Assessment certification to request access. Offerors must also possess a current, certified DD Form 2345 (Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement) to request the export-controlled, Government-owned Build-to-Print drawing package, which will be provided to the designated data custodian via DoD SAFE. To request solicitation documents, offerors must email proof of CMMC Level 2 (Self) certification and a certified DD Form 2345 to the listed POC; questions must also be submitted by email. This RFQ does not obligate the Government to award a contract or authorize work to begin.
