The Naval Air Warfare Center – Aircraft Division, Lakehurst intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for V-22 tool groupings on a limited competition basis exclusively between IDSC Holdings LLC and Snap On and their authorized distributors. The work will be performed at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division in Lakehurst, New Jersey. The anticipated delivery date is 6 months after receipt of order, with early delivery acceptable at no additional cost. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, responsible offeror who is eligible by providing an exact match for all part numbers listed in the solicitation attachment. The contract is subject to the Buy American Act, Berry Amendment, and specific cybersecurity requirements, including a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment posted in SPRS.
