The Naval Air Warfare Center intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Baker Hughes (Druck LLC) for the procurement of specific Air Data Test Sets to support the KC-130J Program. The justification is that Druck LLC is the sole manufacturer and owner of the proprietary technical data for this required equipment. The Government will consider responses from other potential offerors received within fifteen days of the synopsis publication. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is mandatory for consideration.
