The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a sole-source request for quotation to Howell Instrument, Inc. for three Thermostatic Switch Test Sets (P/N H394RN) in support of the CMV-22 program. The procurement is planned under authority permitting non-competitive acquisition because the government does not own the data rights and no competitive drawing package is available. Responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written proposal, which the government may consider in determining whether to compete the requirement.
