The Naval Air Warfare Center intends to issue a sole-source, fixed-price order to Bauer, Inc. for one Tire Inflator and Safety Cage in support of the V-22 Osprey program for Japan. The justification is that Bauer is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and owns the proprietary data for the part. The Government will consider all responses received within 15 days of the synopsis publication for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is not a request for proposals.
