The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst (NAWCAD LKE) in New Jersey intends to modify an existing delivery order with Teledyne Controls LLC to add two software applications for the C/KC-130 Program. This is a non-competitive, sole-source procurement because Teledyne Controls is the proprietary Original Equipment Manufacturer of the required eTOLD software. The Government will consider responses from other potential sources received within 15 days of the synopsis publication. Any interested party must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or make an award based on this notice.
