The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division in Lakehurst, NJ, intends to issue a sole-source, fixed-price contract to Heatcon Composite Systems for a specific Composite Repair Set Temp/Vac Controller in support of the C-130 Kinston Depot project.
