Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division requires commercial off-the-shelf technical benches to set up a calibration lab at the Fleet Readiness Center Reserve Mid-Atlantic Detachment McGuire. The period of performance is 365 days after contract award. This is a total small business set-aside, firm-fixed-price contract. A discretionary site visit is offered on March 25, 2026, at JBMDL, NJ. Proposals will be evaluated based on award eligibility, technical description, and price, with award going to the lowest-price responsible offeror.
