Amendment 0003: The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to provide documents in accordance with a question received from industry, and extend the solicitation closing date from 20 November 2025 to 26 November 2025. This amendment also serves to extend the correspondence submission deadline from 19 November 2025 to 25 November 2025, and replace clause DTXT.247-9510 with DTXT.247-9514. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in a single-award, Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order.
