The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a sole-source Request for Quotation to Howell Instrument, Inc. for one Thermostatic Switch Test Set. The performance location is Lakehurst, New Jersey. The Government does not own the data rights and a competitive drawing package is not available. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written proposal, which the Government may use to decide whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The final decision to compete the requirement rests solely with the Government.
