The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, New Jersey, intends to competitively procure, the manufacture and delivery of ten (10) Portable Oxygen Regulator Test Stand (PORTS) (Part Number (P/N) 3949AS100-3, National Stock Number (NSN) 4920-01-698-8227). These PORTS are used for intermediate level of maintenance. The PORTS is a specific type of portable test stand used to check the functionality of oxygen regulators. P/N: 3949AS100-3 / NSN 4920-01-698-8227 Portable Oxygen Regulator Test Stand (PORTS) This effort has a base period for quantity five (5) PORTS and an option period for quantity five (5) PORTS. The proposed action is for hardware for which the Government intends to solicit with only the OEM under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination. The Government will release the solicitation, including any subsequent amendments, on the SAM.gov website. No telephone or written requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Amendments to the solicitation, if issued, will be posted to the same website. After solicitation release, vendors should regularly access the website to ensure they have all the amendments. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Offerors will be required to submit a DD2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to obtain a copy of the drawings that will be associated with the solicitation.
