The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a Limited-Competitive basis between Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Designed Metal Connections, Inc. (Doing Business As (DBA) Permaswage USA) (CAGE 14798), and their authorized distributors. This limited competition will be for the procurement of two (2) Permaswage Kits P/N: DLTFRPSKT3009, in support of the CMV-22 Aircraft Program. The Government intends to procure the above item(s) under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
