Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with small businesses for the supply of commercial items related to aircraft support equipment. This is a set-aside for small businesses, and vendors will be added on a rolling basis for the lifetime of the BPA program, with responses accepted within the next 120 days. The primary performance location for delivery is FOB Destination to Lakehurst, New Jersey. Individual call orders under the BPA will be firm fixed-price and shall not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or the authority to procure commercial items up to $7.5 million. To be considered, interested small businesses must submit a capabilities statement and verification of their SAM registration.
