Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for various commodities to support aircraft equipment needs, and this solicitation is set aside for small businesses. The performance location for delivery is normally FOB Destination to Lakehurst, New Jersey. Individual call orders under these BPAs will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or the authority to procure commercial items up to $7.5 million. Interested small businesses must submit a capabilities statement and other required documentation to be considered for a BPA, with vendors being added on a rolling basis. A BPA is not a contract but a streamlined method for future as-needed purchases, and there is no minimum or maximum government obligation.
