Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for various commodities to support aircraft equipment needs, and this solicitation seeks small businesses to become prospective vendors. The performance location for delivery is normally FOB Destination to Lakehurst, New Jersey. Individual call orders under these BPAs will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or the authority to procure commercial items up to $7.5 million. There is no minimum or maximum government obligation, and vendors will be added on a rolling basis for the life of the BPA program. Interested small businesses must submit a capabilities statement and other required documentation to be considered for a BPA award.
