Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for various commodities to support Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment and related support equipment. This opportunity is set aside for Small Businesses, with the intent to award multiple BPAs. The performance location for delivery is typically FOB Destination to Lakehurst, New Jersey. Individual call orders under a BPA will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or the authority to procure commercial items up to $7.5 million. Interested small businesses must submit a capabilities statement and other required documentation to be considered for a BPA award.
