Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for small businesses to supply various commodities, with services to be performed in Lakehurst, NJ. This is a set-aside for small businesses, and the government intends to award multiple BPAs to acquire supplies and services on an as-needed basis. Individual call orders under these BPAs will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or the authority to procure commercial items up to $7.5 million. Interested vendors have 120 days from the notice to submit their qualifications for rolling admission to the BPA program. Delivery is normally FOB Destination to Lakehurst, NJ, and vendors must provide specific documentation, including a capabilities statement and proof of SAM.gov registration.
