Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is establishing multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for small businesses to supply various commodities supporting aircraft equipment. The performance location for delivery is typically FOB Destination to Lakehurst, New Jersey. Individual call orders under these BPAs will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or the authority to procure commercial items up to $7.5 million. Interested small businesses must submit a capabilities statement and other required documentation to be considered for a BPA, with vendors being added on a rolling basis. This is a set-aside for small business, and a BPA is not a contract but a streamlined method for future as-needed purchases.
