Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for various commodities to support aircraft equipment, with the intent to award these to Small Businesses. This is not a contract but a method for issuing future call orders, with individual orders not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or $7.5 million for commercial items. Performance of services will primarily involve delivery to Lakehurst, New Jersey. Interested small businesses must submit a capabilities statement and other required documentation to be considered for a BPA, with vendors being added on a rolling basis. The government will use this process to review qualifications and award multiple BPAs, with no minimum or maximum government obligation.
