Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for various commodities to support aircraft equipment needs, with this opportunity set aside for Small Businesses. The performance location for delivery is normally FOB Destination to Lakehurst, New Jersey. Individual call orders under the BPAs will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or the authority to procure commercial items up to $7.5 million. Interested small businesses must submit a capabilities statement and other required documentation, as vendors will be added on a rolling basis. A BPA is not a contract but a streamlined method for the government to place future orders.
