Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for small businesses to supply various commodities, with services to be performed for delivery to Lakehurst, NJ. This is a streamlined method for future as-needed purchases, and the government intends to award multiple BPAs. Individual call orders under these BPAs will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or $7.5 million for commercial items. Interested small businesses must submit a capabilities statement and relevant documentation, as vendors will be added on a rolling basis. There is no minimum or maximum government obligation, and payment will be made via government credit card or the Wide Area Workflow system.
