Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for commercial supplies and services, specifically set aside for Small Businesses. The performance location for delivery is normally FOB Destination to Lakehurst, New Jersey. Individual call orders under these BPAs will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or the authority to procure commercial items up to $7.5 million. There is no minimum or maximum government obligation, and vendors are invited to submit their qualifications for a rolling review over the next 120 days to be added to the BPA calling list. A BPA is not a contract but a streamlined method for future orders, and companies must be registered in SAM and provide a capabilities statement along with other required documentation.
