Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for commercial supplies and services, specifically set aside for Small Businesses. The performance location for delivery is normally FOB Destination to Lakehurst, New Jersey. Individual call orders under these BPAs will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or the authority to procure commercial items up to $7.5 million. Interested vendors have 120 days from the notice to submit their qualifications for rolling admission onto the BPA calling list. To be considered, companies must provide their Cage Code, UEID, a capabilities statement, and are encouraged to submit a DD Form 2345.
