Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is establishing multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for commercial supplies and services, specifically set aside for small businesses. The performance location for delivery is typically FOB Destination to Lakehurst, New Jersey. Individual call orders under these BPAs will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or the authority to procure commercial items up to $7.5 million. Interested small businesses have 120 days from the notice to submit their qualifications for consideration on a rolling basis. To be considered, companies must provide their Cage Code, UEID number, a capabilities statement, and a copy of their approved DD Form 2345 due to export control requirements for technical drawings.
