Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for commercial supplies and services, specifically set aside for Small Businesses. The performance location for delivery is normally FOB Destination to Lakehurst, NJ. Individual call orders under these BPAs shall not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or the authority to procure commercial items up to $7.5 million. Interested vendors have 120 days from the notice to submit their qualifications for rolling admission to the BPA program. A BPA is not a contract but a streamlined method for the government to issue future firm fixed-price orders on an as-needed basis.
