Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for small businesses to supply commercial items supporting aircraft launch, recovery, and support equipment. This is a set-aside for small businesses, with the intent to award multiple BPAs, and vendors can submit their qualifications to be added to the calling list on a rolling basis for the next 120 days. Services will be performed with delivery normally FOB Destination to Lakehurst, New Jersey. Individual call orders under the BPA will be firm fixed-price and shall not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or the authority to procure commercial items up to $7.5 million. Interested small businesses must submit a capabilities statement and relevant documentation to be considered for a BPA award.
