Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for commercial supplies and services, specifically set aside for Small Businesses. The performance location for delivery is normally FOB Destination to Lakehurst, New Jersey. Individual call orders under these BPAs will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or the authority to procure commercial items up to $7.5 million. Interested small businesses must submit a capabilities statement and other required documentation to be considered for a BPA award, with vendors being added on a rolling basis. A BPA is not a contract but a streamlined method for future as-needed purchases, and companies must actively participate to retain their place on the calling list.
