Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for commercial supplies and services, specifically set aside for Small Businesses. The performance location for delivery is typically FOB Destination to Lakehurst, New Jersey. Individual call orders under these BPAs will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or the authority to procure commercial items up to $7.5 million. There is no minimum or maximum government obligation, and vendors will be added on a rolling basis, with submissions accepted for the next 120 days. This is a qualifications-based process to create a vendor list for future needs, and a DD Form 2345 may be required to access controlled technical drawings.
