Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for small businesses to supply various commodities, with services to be performed for delivery to Lakehurst, New Jersey. This is a set-aside for small businesses, and the government intends to award multiple BPAs to acquire supplies and services on an as-needed basis. Individual call orders under these BPAs will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or $7.5 million for commercial items. Interested vendors have 120 days from the notice to submit their qualifications for consideration on a rolling basis. To be considered, companies must provide their Cage Code, UEID number, a capabilities statement, and are encouraged to submit a DD Form 2345.
