Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for small businesses to supply commercial items for aircraft support equipment. This is a set-aside for small businesses, with the intent to award multiple BPAs to support dynamic operational needs on an as-needed basis. The performance location for delivery is normally FOB Destination to Lakehurst, New Jersey. Individual call orders under the BPAs will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or the authority to procure commercial items up to $7.5 million. Interested vendors have 120 days from the notice to submit their qualifications for rolling admission to the BPA program.
