The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a Limited-Competitive basis between Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Des-Case Corporation (CAGE: 043E5), and their authorized distributors, Chase Defense Partners (CAGE: 1RZM1) and R.E. Mason (CAGE: 3UJH5). This limited competition will be for the procurement of one (1) Modification, 3 GPM Custom VAC, Part Number: 18D12673-1, in support of the Czech Republic Ministry of Defense (MOD) H-1 Program. The Government intends to procure the above item(s) under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
