The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the procurement of Handling Dolly, Multipurpose Aircraft Component (P/N: 4140AS0100-1, NSN: 1730-01-668-9897) in support of the T-45 Aircraft Program. This procurement will be competed as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. A drawing package will be provided which will identify the changes to be made to the Handling Dolly (P/N: 215-00303-50). It is important to note, the Government will NOT be providing the drawings themselves for the Handling Dolly (P/N: 215-00303-50). Interested Small Business vendors must be registered as ACTIVE: in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. The SAM website can be accessed at www.sam.gov. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above.
