Amendment 0003: This solicitation is hereby amended for the following: Clarify that the Government’s delivery terms within the Statement of Work and FAR 52.211-8, Time of Delivery, is the Government’s preferred delivery schedule. If proposing an alternate delivery schedule, Offerors are directed to complete the table, Offeror’s Proposed Delivery Schedule, contained within 52.211-8(a). As a result, the submission deadline has been extended to 26 March 2025, 3:00 PM EDT. Incorporate a question submitted by industry in response to this solicitation, and corresponding Government response. The language has been changed to correctly state that this is a five (5) year IDIQ. Update Section B with Section "IDIQ Contracts" Add BTXT.216-9506, Minimum and Maximum Quantities (NAVAIR) Add FAR 52.216-18, Ordering Add FAR 52.216-19, Order Limitations Add FAR 52.216-22, Indefinite Quantity Incorporate a question received by industry in response to this solicitation, and the corresponding Government response. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCAD LKE) anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of Towbar, Part Number (P/N): 01-1308-0011, NSN; 1730-01-658-4236 for the MQ-9A Reaper Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) Program. The Towbar is required to tow the MQ-9A Reaper Unmanned Aircraft during ground operations. The Government intends to award a five (5) year, Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a guaranteed minimum of two (2) units and a maximum of twelve (12) units. The Government intends to procure the required item under a Small Business Set-Aside, Brand Name competition between the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Tronair Inc., and their authorized distributors. The Towbar, and associated data, is proprietary to Tronair Inc., and the Government does not possess the technical data or rights required to obtain this item from sources other than Tronair and their authorized distributors.
