The Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurs... *Amendment 001* The synopsis is amended to revise the Inspection and Acceptance terms in the attached Statement of Work. All other information remains unchanged. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, intends to issue a Sole Source Fixed Price contract to Fatigue Technology, CAGE: 51439, for the procurement of the Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) listed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" for this action. Fatigue Technology is the sole developer, designer, and manufacturer of the PSE and is the only source with the requisite knowledge, technical expertise, and data to support the development of these items. The Government does not have the technical data to obtain this item from an alternate source. (THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely withint the discretion of the Government. There are no commitments by the Government to issue any solicitiations, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the efforts mentioned above.
