THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE AVAILABLE. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division in Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) is looking to identify potential sources and requesting information pertaining to the availability of custom developed Personal Atlas Workstation Software (PAWS) TYX 1.40.03 software licenses and install the software on 58 electronic Consolidated Automated Support System (eCASS) stations and 14 Test Program Set Development environment (TPSDe) systems. The procurement will allow for custom eCASS certified version of the software for installation on eCASS stations and TPSDe systems on the production line. Prospective offerors must be able to certify no TPS compatibility issues or field issues with the custom software on eCASS stations and TPSDe systems. Prospective offerors must be able to ensure the current, latest version is developed to mitigate any potential compatibility issues or field issues. The Government is seeking industry input to assist in identifying features and approaches to meet the general requirements described above specific to this exact software version, PAWS TYX 1.40.03. Please note that the Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this RFI. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Interested sources should provide this PAWS/TYX information and related data to Paras Patel, paras.d.patel.civ@us.navy.mil, no later than 7 days (with the reference being sooner) after the post date of this RFI. All information sent should reference this RFI number on the subject response line of the emailed response as well as on all enclosed documents. Responses must include the company name, address, point of contact name and email/phone, and company size. Proprietary data MUST be marked on a page-by-page basis and will be kept confidential and protected where so designated. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP. Any comments provided may or may not be included in a formal solicitation. Respondents may provide information and Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROM) on any currently available product or a company's' capabilities that will meet the Navy's requirements. Responses must be received no later than August 7, 2024 by 3pm EST.
