The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(l), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, intends to award a firm fixed price contract, on a sole-source basis to Aerospace Control Products, Inc.(CAGE 58918) for the procurement of two (2) Portable Oxygen Regulator Test Stands, Part Number 3949AS100-3, NSN 4920-01-698-8227, for the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF). THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration.
