The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Webster Outlying Field Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems Division has a requirement to procure the fabrication and delivery of Precision Approach Landing Systems Instrument Carrier Landing Systems Solid State Transmitters. The Government intends to issue a five-year Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract on a sole source basis with Exodus Advanced Communications Corp, the Original Equipment Manufacturer. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
